PRODUCTION ROLES (off-stage)

Producer (filled)
Oversees the entire production, securing funding, managing budgets, contracts, scheduling, and ensuring the show moves from concept to curtain.

Director (filled)
Shapes the artistic vision of the show, guiding actors and designers to create a cohesive, compelling storytelling experience.

Music Director (available). Paid.
Leads all musical elements, teaching vocal parts, conducting rehearsals, and overseeing musicians to ensure a polished score.

Choreographer (available). Paid.
Designs and teaches movement and dance that enhances storytelling, character, and visual energy on stage.

Stage Manager (available). Stipend.
The organizational hub of the production, coordinating rehearsals, maintaining scripts, communicating across departments, and calling cues during performances.

Assistant Stage Manager (available). Volunteer.
Supports the Stage Manager backstage, tracking props, costumes, entrances, and scene changes to keep the show running smoothly.

Set Designer (filled)
Creates the physical world of the play through set design, determining how locations look and function on stage.

Lighting Designer (available). Stipend.
Uses light to establish mood, time, focus, and atmosphere, shaping how audiences see the action.

Sound Designer (available). Stipend.
Designs audio elements including sound effects, amplification, and playback to support clarity and emotional impact.

Costume Designer (filled)
Designs clothing and accessories that define character, period, and social context while allowing performers to move freely.

Props Designer / Master (available). Volunteer.
Sources or creates the handheld objects and set dressings that actors interact with onstage.

Technical Director (available). Stipend.
Oversees construction and technical implementation of sets and special effects, ensuring designs are safe and buildable.

Hair & Makeup Designer (available). Volunteers.
Develops looks that support character, period, and visibility under stage lighting.

Dressers (available). Volunteers.

Assigned to specific actors to ensure that they make their costume changes quickly and easily.

Dramaturg (filled)
Provides historical, cultural, and textual research to deepen understanding of the material and support artistic choices.

Marketing & Publicity Manager (available). Volunteer.
Promotes the production through media, advertising, and community outreach to build audiences and visibility.

Volunteer Coordinator (available). Volunteer.

For every actor on stage, there's 2-3 people behind the scenes. The coordinator assembles and manages an army of people

working together to get the show up!​

Snack providers (available). Volunteers.

Brings snacks for the cast and watch a rehearsal!
